A psychotherapy group founded on relational depth, emotional development, and respect for the complexity of each person’s story.

Located in a welcoming office overlooking False Creek and the North Shore mountains, we provide thoughtful psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan.

We support individuals as they navigate emotional difficulties, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, and the search for deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.

Trauma-Informed

We move at a pace that honours safety, nervous system capacity, and each person’s readiness for change.

Depth-Oriented

Therapy offers space to understand not only what is happening now, but also how earlier experiences, emotional patterns, and important relationships continue to shape the present.

Evidence-Based

We integrate research, clinical experience, and each person’s history, values, relationships, and goals to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Relational

Therapy is more than technique. Healing happens through a meaningful therapeutic relationship built on genuine connection.
